iQOO Z11 Huge Battery Launch

Overview

The iQOO Z11 launches in China with a 9,050mAh silicon-carbon battery, a 165Hz AMOLED display, and a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset. iQOO is positioning it as a long-runtime option that still targets smooth gaming and everyday speed.

iQOO Z11 also carries IP69 ingress protection and a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization. Alongside it, iQOO announced the China version of the iQOO Z11x, which keeps a large 7,050mAh battery but uses a different screen and chipset.

Display

iQOO Z11 uses a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The display is rated up to 2,000 nits peak local brightness and includes an embedded optical fingerprint scanner. The front camera is a 16MP unit.

Performance and storage

The phone runs on MediaTek Dimensity 8500. Configurations include 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM, with storage options up to 512GB.

Battery and charging

The headline feature is the 9,050mAh Si-C battery paired with 90W charging. iQOO also claims up to 28 hours of video playback, and the Z11 can charge other devices via a cable.

Cameras

On the back, iQOO Z11 pairs a 50MP main camera (f/1.8) with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor. This is a basic secondary setup, focused more on standard portraits than on ultra-wide flexibility.

Software and colors

iQOO Z11 runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Color options include Blue, White, and Black.

iQOO Z11x China model

The China iQOO Z11x variant uses a 6.76-inch LCD with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Dimensity 7400. It includes a 50MP main camera, a 7,050mAh battery with 44W charging, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Compared with the India model, the China version adds options for more RAM and storage, swaps to an 8MP selfie camera, and adds features like NFC and an infrared port.

Pricing and availability

iQOO Z11 starts at CNY 1,999 for 8GB/256GB and goes up to CNY 3,199 for 16GB/512GB. iQOO Z11x (China) starts at CNY 1,499 for 8GB/256GB and reaches CNY 2,199 for 12GB/512GB. Both models are available via vivo’s online store in China.

How it fits the wider market

If battery capacity is your top priority, iQOO Z11 is now in the conversation with some of the largest packs in mainstream phones. For buyers comparing across brands, it helps to look beyond battery size and check details like display refresh rate, MagSafe compatibility on iPhone models, wireless charging support, camera module size, and long-term performance stability.

In the flagship tier, phones like iPhone 17 Pro Max, Galaxy S26 Ultra, and Pixel 10 Pro typically compete more on camera systems, display tuning, and software support than raw battery capacity.
