AirTag 2 4-Pack Falls to $85, a New All-Time Low
Apple's AirTag 2 has hit a new all-time low price on Amazon, with the four-pack now down to $85, or about $21.25 per tracker. That's the lowest price tracked since Apple updated the AirTag lineup, undercutting the previous low set earlier this summer.
The AirTag 2 four-pack price
Amazon lists the four-pack at $85, down from its regular $99, a savings of about 15%. The single AirTag 2 is separately discounted to $24 from $29, and Best Buy has "excellent" open-box units listed at $20 each for shoppers who don't mind a used listing.
How this compares to earlier deals
The four-pack first went on sale in mid-June at $89 and has dipped to that level several times since. This week's $85 price is the first time it has fallen below that mark, making it the best per-unit price Amazon has offered on the AirTag 2 in new condition since the tracker launched earlier this year.
What's new on the AirTag 2
Apple's updated tracker keeps the coin-sized design of the original but adds a longer claimed battery life and a longer Precision Finding range for locating it through Apple's Find My network. It still uses a replaceable CR2032 battery, ships with a plastic pull tab, and works with U1-equipped iPhones for direction-and-distance tracking down to the nearest few feet, even in crowded spaces.
Part of a bigger Apple sale window
The AirTag 2 discount is running alongside cuts on other Apple gear this week, including the AirPods Pro 3 at $189.99 and the AirPods Max 2 at $429, all part of the same retailer sale event tied to the time of year when back-to-school shopping typically picks up across electronics categories.
Who the deal is for
At roughly $21 per tag, the four-pack is a low-cost way to track luggage, keys, a backpack, and a bike in a single purchase, especially for anyone who has been waiting for the per-unit price to drop below $25. Families splitting trackers across several bags or devices tend to get the most value from buying the multipack instead of several single units.
Keep your AirTag 2 secure with a Komodoty keyring
A tracker only works if it stays attached to what you're tracking. Komodoty makes AirTag keyrings in aramid fiber and Alcantara with a precise cutout for the tracker and a sturdy ring for keys, bags, or luggage tags, so it holds up to daily use instead of falling off after a few weeks. Browse the option in the Komodoty AirTag Keyring collection.
