Shipping Restrictions
Due to current global logistics challenges and ongoing conflicts, we are temporarily unable to facilitate delivery to certain regions, including Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, Cuba and certain areas within the Middle East (Israel, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Cyprus).
Our Process
Komodoty is a proudly US-owned brand. To ensure we can offer our full range of premium materials and custom-engineered accessories at the best value, all orders are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment center. This "direct-from-workshop" model allows us to maintain strict quality control and ship to our global community with maximum efficiency.
Essential Policies
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched from our workshop. Komodoty is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
We offer premium Shipping Insurance at checkout to give you total peace of mind. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we’ve got you covered.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for 15+ business days, we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
- Arrival Damage: If your order arrives broken or defective, simply Contact Us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.
- Delivery Issues & Theft: For insured orders marked "Delivered" but not received, the customer must first initiate a formal missing package claim with the local carrier. Once you provide us with the claim/incident number and the carrier confirms a delivery discrepancy, we will process a one-time replacement.
Note: Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. Orders without insurance that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for free replacement.
For our USA customers, all import duties and taxes are pre-paid by Komodoty - you will never receive an unexpected bill at your door.
All Other International Destinations: Please be aware that nearly all international shipments are subject to local import duties, VAT, or handling fees as determined by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. While we provide optimized logistics for regions like the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Australia, we recommend checking your local customs guidelines for specific fee structures.
While we strive for consistency, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors beyond our control such as customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier strikes may impact the final delivery date. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded while they are actively in transit.
