Pixel 11 Tensor G6 Leak
Google Pixel 11 is back in the rumor cycle with a fresh leak pointing to the Tensor G6 chipset that could power the next lineup. The report says Google is preparing a new CPU layout for the Pixel 11 series, with a 7-core design that changes both the core mix and clock speeds compared with Tensor G5.
According to the leaked screenshot, Tensor G6 may use one ARM C1 Ultra core running at 4.11GHz, four ARM C1 Pro cores at 3.38GHz, and two more ARM C1 Pro cores at 2.65GHz. On paper, that suggests higher peak and mid-core performance than the previous generation. It also shows Google is still taking a custom path rather than following the exact structure used by rivals.
Leaked codenames point to three models
The leak also names three devices in the range. Google Pixel 11 is listed under the codename Cubs, Pixel 11 Pro appears as Grizzly, and Pixel 11 Pro XL is shown as Kodiak. These names line up with earlier Pixel-related leaks and suggest the standard, Pro, and XL models are all moving forward together.
GPU looks less impressive
The weaker point in this report is the GPU. The cited hardware uses a PowerVR C-Series CXTP-48-1536 graphics unit, which is not new. Even if Google is using a revised version, this part of the leak suggests the Pixel 11 series may still focus more on AI tasks, imaging, and software tuning than raw gaming output.
Why this matters for flagship buyers
That matters because buyers now compare every major flagship across a wider checklist. iPhone 17 Pro Max, Galaxy S26 Ultra, and Pixel 10 Pro buyers often look at MagSafe compatibility, wireless charging speed, camera module size, display refresh rate, and battery capacity before looking at benchmark charts. In that context, Tensor G6 does not need to top every performance table, but it does need to deliver steady gains in daily use, thermal control, and long-term support.
Expected timing
The launch window in this report also fits Google’s recent pattern. If the company keeps to its usual schedule, the Pixel 11 family will likely arrive in August 2026. That gives Google time to position the new phones against other late-year premium devices while continuing to build around Android-first features and on-device AI processing.
Early outlook
At this stage, the Tensor G6 details should still be treated as early leak material rather than confirmed specifications. Even so, the combination of a new CPU setup, named device codenames, and talk of updated security hardware gives a clearer picture of where the Google Pixel 11 range may be heading.
