Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Price Drops to $574.99 in October Sale

The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE fell to $574.99 at Amazon during October's Prime Big Deal Days sale, a $125 cut off its $699.99 list price and the phone's biggest discount since it launched in late August. The deal landed on the 128GB model and pushed the Galaxy S26 FE below the price of most other current flagships, making it one of the stronger value picks to come out of the October sale window.

The price cut
Amazon listed the 128GB Samsung Galaxy S26 FE at $574.99 during the two-day Prime Big Deal Days event, down from its $699.99 starting price. That works out to roughly 18% off, and reviewers tracking the listing called it the steepest markdown the phone had seen since release. Samsung's FE line typically holds its price for the first several months, so a cut this size this early stood out.

Display
The Galaxy S26 FE uses a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, full HD+ resolution, and up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness. The front is flat rather than curved, a change Samsung carried over from its main S26 lineup to the FE model for the first time.

Chip and performance
Samsung built this generation around its own Exynos 2500 chip on a 3nm process, paired with 8GB of RAM and a choice of 128GB or 512GB of storage with no expansion slot. One UI 9 runs on top, with Samsung's Galaxy AI features included across the software, from live translation to photo editing tools.

Camera setup
A 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization leads a triple rear system that also includes a 12MP ultra-wide lens and an 8MP telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom. A 12MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. It is a modest step up from the previous FE generation rather than a full redesign, but it covers the range most buyers need.

Battery and charging
A 4,900mAh battery powers the Galaxy S26 FE, with 45W wired charging that can take the phone from empty to a meaningful charge in well under an hour, plus 15W wireless charging and reverse wired and wireless charging for topping up earbuds or a smartwatch on the go.

The deal ran through Amazon and carried an Amazon Prime membership requirement, standard for Prime Big Deal Days pricing, and stock on the discounted 128GB model moved quickly once word spread.
