Article: Vivo X300 Ultra Camera Specs

Vivo X300 Ultra Camera Specs

The Vivo X300 Ultra is now official, and its headline feature is a Zeiss-backed triple-camera system built around two 200MP rear cameras. Vivo positions it above the X300 Pro and says it will reach markets outside China later, which is a change from prior Ultra releases.

Dual 200MP camera focus

The rear setup pairs a 200MP main camera with a 35mm equivalent lens and a large 1/1.12-inch Sony Lytia 901 sensor. Alongside it is a 200MP telephoto camera with an 85mm equivalent lens and a 1/1.4-inch Samsung sensor. The third camera is a 50MP ultrawide with a 14mm equivalent lens.

The camera module size is a clear part of the design story here, since the system is built around larger sensors and longer focal lengths than most flagships. Vivo also applies optical image stabilization across all rear cameras, including the ultrawide, with the goal of steadier handheld video.

Video tools and color options

On video features, the Vivo X300 Ultra supports 3D LUT import, multi-focal 4K/120fps 10-bit Log recording, and a workflow aimed at post-production compatibility. Vivo also includes a photography app with a LUT library for quick looks without manual grading.

Teleconverter and grip accessories

Beyond the phone itself, Vivo is selling two optional teleconverter accessories designed to extend the reach of the 85mm telephoto. One is a 400mm “Cannon 400” unit, and the other is a smaller 200mm “Lipstick 200.” There is also a dedicated imaging grip kit accessory.

Display and core hardware

Up front, the Vivo X300 Ultra uses a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display at 3,168 x 1,440 with a 1–144Hz display refresh rate. It also includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and the phone carries IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance.

Performance is handled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and storage options up to 1TB. Battery capacity is listed at 6,600mAh, with 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

How it compares in a flagship short list

For buyers cross-shopping the iPhone 17 Pro Max, Galaxy S26 Ultra, and Pixel 10 Pro, the Vivo X300 Ultra stands out by leaning into long focal lengths and high-resolution sensors rather than a more typical wide-first approach. Wireless charging is included, but MagSafe compatibility depends on the case you use, since MagSafe alignment is not native to most Android phones.
