Article: Honor Watch 6 Offers Up to 35 Days of Battery and a 3,000-Nit Display

Honor Watch 6 Offers Up to 35 Days of Battery and a 3,000-Nit Display

The Honor Watch 6 is built around one standout claim: battery life measured in weeks, not days. Launched in June 2026, the smartwatch promises up to 35 days on a charge, putting it among the longest-lasting watches in its class.

Weeks of battery
The Honor Watch 6 packs a large 980mAh battery into a slim 10.8mm case, which is how it reaches up to 35 days of use in lighter settings. Honor rates that headline figure for typical, lighter use, so real-world results will land lower with constant workouts and screen-on time, but still comfortably ahead of most smartwatches. Even with heavier use of GPS and always-on features, it is designed to outlast rivals that need charging every few days.

A bright, sharp display
The watch has a 1.46-inch AMOLED screen that reaches up to 3,000 nits of brightness, so it stays readable in direct sunlight. The round case is made from recyclable aluminium alloy and weighs about 41 grams. Beveled edges and a sandblasted texture give it a more premium feel than its price suggests, with a finish designed to look like titanium.

Fitness and health tracking
Honor includes more than 120 sport modes, with detailed metrics for activities such as trail running, badminton, and football. For trail runners, the watch adds climb and distance metrics plus route-deviation alerts to help you stay on course. A dual-band GPS system handles accurate route tracking and offers an AI running coach, while daily heart rate, sleep, and health monitoring round out the fitness features.

Everyday extras
The Honor Watch 6 supports NFC contactless payments and syncs with apps such as Strava through the Honor Health app. Honor plans to switch on the payment feature through a free software update after launch. It runs Honor's own software rather than Google's Wear OS, which keeps battery life long but means a smaller app selection. It also pairs with both Android phones and the iPhone.

Price and availability
The watch went on sale in June 2026 with a regular price of around 249.99 pounds, and early buyers could pick it up at a promotional price closer to 169.99 pounds. It comes in two finishes, Shadow Black and Twilight Brown.
