Made by Google 2026: Pixel 11 Lineup and Pixel Watch 5 Land August 12
The Google Pixel 11 is a week away from its formal introduction. Google has set Made by Google 2026 for Wednesday, August 12, and the Pixel 11 is expected to headline a lineup that also brings new wearables and, if the leaks hold, a first-party tracker.
When and where to watch
The keynote runs at 6:00 p.m. EST from New York City, a notably later slot than Google's usual morning events. The company will stream it on the Made by Google channel on YouTube, so no ticket or sign-up is needed to follow along.
Four phones expected
Reporting points to a four-model lineup: the standard Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro, a larger Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold at the top. That mirrors last year's structure, with the split between Pro and Pro XL doing the work of separating screen sizes rather than features.
Tensor G6 and a new process node
The phones are expected to run Google's Tensor G6, which is reported to be built on a TSMC 2nm process. If that holds, it would be the largest manufacturing jump the Tensor line has taken, and the efficiency gain matters more than raw speed on phones this size.
Prices are reported to be going up
Multiple outlets expect higher pricing across every Pixel 11 model. Google has not confirmed figures, so treat specific numbers circulating before the event as unconfirmed until the keynote.
Pixel Watch 5 and other hardware
The Pixel Watch 5 lineup is expected alongside the phones, with reports pointing to a brighter screen, smaller bezels, and better battery life. Separately, leaks over the past week have described a "Pixel Tag", Google's answer to the item trackers Android users have had to source from third parties. Google has hinted at an additional device on the twelfth without naming it.
What the invite shows
The press invitation puts a metallic gold or copper-toned frame front and centre, along with the horizontal camera visor that has defined recent Pixel design. It is a colour tease more than a spec tease, but it lines up with the finish shown in the marketing material that leaked ahead of the event.
Should you wait?
If you are shopping for an Android flagship in August, waiting a week costs nothing and gives you real pricing instead of estimates. It also tends to be the point at which the outgoing generation drops in price, which is often the better value.
Fit your Pixel 11 with a Komodoty case
The camera visor on Google's phones sits proud of the back panel and takes the impact first in a drop. Komodoty makes slim, fitted cases for Pixel models in aramid fiber and thin wood over a Kevlar core, with cutouts machined around the visor and ports and wireless charging support left intact. See the fitted range in the Komodoty Pixel cases collection.
